    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Lb. chicken livers
    • 1 lb. bacon
    • 1 cup soy sauce.... more or less


    Instructions


    1. Cut livers in half.

    2. Cut bacon in half.

    3. Wrap each liver with a half strip of bacon.

    4. Secure with toothicks.

    5. Marinate in soy sauce for a couple of hours.

    6. Bake on a broiler pan @ 425 for 12-15 minutes turning to crisp bacon on all sides.

    7. Serve hot.



    Final Comments


    Ok... these are great....... probably will clog a few arteries so don't eat many.
