• 2 (8oz) cream cheese softened
  
• 1/2 cup sour cream
  
• 2 Tbls. dry onion soup mix
  
• 1 cup finely chopped ham
  
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  






Instructions



1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream and soup mix until smooth.
   
   
2. Stir in ham and cheese.
   
   
3. Form into a ball or spoon into a plastic wrap lined mold.
   
   
4. Roll or sprinkle with parsley.
   
   
5. Serve with crackers
