    4 cups sour cream
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    1 lime, juiced
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    6 chopped green onions

    Recipe



    In a large mixing bowl, mix ingredients together.
    Top with scallions and serve with Tortilla Chips.
