    24 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese
    1 7 oz. jar diced pimiento
    ¾ cup mayonnaise
    ½ tsp salt
    ½ tsp black pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

    Recipe



    Grate cheese as fine as possible with a hand grater. Add all other ingredients and cream together with a fork. Refrigerate.
