    List of Ingredients




    2 cans Mexicorn, drained
    1 jar pimentos, drained
    2 bunches green onions, chopped
    1 tablespoon garlic (finely chopped)
    1 tablespoon Accent
    1 package shredded cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
    8 oz. Miracle Whip
    8 oz. sour cream
    chopped jalapenos (to taste)

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients well, chill, and serve with a variety of chips and crackers.
    This can be made with fat free or reduced fat products.
    As with most dips, this is even better the second day.

    It is good with a dash or two of Worcestershire Sauce added.
    I haven't tried it, but wonder if a little Liquid Smoke might give it a smoky cheddar flavor.
