    Mexican: Bean Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can refried beans
    • 1 cup picante sauce
    • 1 cup shredded monterey Jack cheese
    • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 3/4 cup sour cream
    • 1 (4oz) pkg, cream cheese
    • 1 Tbls. chili powder
    • 1/4 tsp. cumin


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl combine all ingredients.

    2. Put into a small crockpot.

    3. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Stirring occasionally.

    4. Put on low.

    5. Serve with chips and salsa.



    Final Comments


    Great with tortilla chips and my homemade salsa
