    Bacon: Hot Bacon Mushroom Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 slices of bacon, chopped up
    • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, chopped
    • 1 onion chopped fine
    • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    • 2 Tbls. flour
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp. soy sauce


    Instructions


    1. Cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon to paper towel to drain.

    2. Drain all but 2 Tbls. of the drippings.

    3. In the drippings saute the mushrooms,onion, and garlic until tender.

    4. Add the flour salt and pepper, cook and stir until thick.

    5. Reduce heat and add remaining ingredients, stirring until the cheese melts.

    6. Stir in the bacon and serve warm with vegetables.
