    Mexican: Rotel CreamCheese Sausage Dip

    2 lbs Jimmy Dean sausage
    4 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
    2 can Rotel

    Recipe

    Brown sausage and drain.
    Put cream cheese, sausage, and Rotel in a small crock pot and warm until melted.
    Serve hot with scoops or tortilla chips.
