BBQ Peanuts

- 1 egg white
- 2 Tbls liquid smoke
- 3 cups salted peanuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk egg white until foamy.
- Add liquid smoke and peanuts. Toss to coat.
- Combine the remaining ingredients.
- Sprinkle over the nuts; toss to coat.
- Spread in a single layer in a well greased 10x15 pan.
- Bake @ 250 for 1 hour; stirring every 15 minutes.
- Spread on waxed paper to cool.
- Braek apart and store in an airtight container.
- Makes 4 cups.
