Cajun Crackers

List of Ingredients
1 box of unsalted crackers
1-1/3 cups of canola oil( would cut back to 3/4 cup)( used Olive Oil)
1 package of ranch dressing
2 Tbs Red Pepper FlakesRecipe
I just mixed the dressing part together in a large bowl. Added the crackers by the handful, mixed with my hands to coat all well till all the crackers were added to the bowl.
The I placed them in a plastic container and put in the fridge.
Recipe calls for chilling overnight.
Mine were fine after 8 hours.
I did shake the container several times and I did allow them to sit at room temp for about 20 minutes before serving.
