    Grilled Blue Cheese Steak

    4 oz. bleu cheese crumbled
    1 Tbls mayo
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 lb boneless sirloin steak (1 1/2" thick)

    Recipe



    Heat grill.
    In a small bowl, mix cheese, mayo, worcestershire sauce and garlic until blended; set aside.
    Place steak on grill.
    Cover and grill on medium heat for 16-20 minutes, turning once.
    Remove from grill
    Spoon cheese mixture over steak and let stand 1 minutes until cheese is melted.
