    Teriyaki Sirloin Strips

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. sirloin steak; cut into 1/2" strips
    • 1/2 cup soy sauce
    • 1/4 cup vinegar
    • 2 Tbls. brown sugar
    • 2 Tbls. minced onion
    • 1 Tbls. oil
    • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    • salt and pepper taste


    Instructions


    1. Place steak strips into a large glass bowl.
    2. Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over themeat and toss to coat.
    3. Cover and refrigerate over night.
    4. Drain and discard the marinade.
    5. Thread meat loosely on skewers.
    6. Grill over coal for 7-10 minutes; until meat reaches desired doneness.
