Easy to prepare and great with soup
List of Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 Tbls. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add the milk, mayonnaise, and egg; mix until just combined.
- Fold in the cheese and onions.
- Spoon into a greased 9" round pan.
- Bake @ 425 for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
- Serve warm
