    -1 can beer, room temperature
    -1 tsp. butter, melted
    -2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    -2 tbsp. baking powder
    -Pinch of dried dill weed
    -1/4 tsp. oregano
    -1/4 tsp. thyme
    -2 tbsp. white sugar
    -1 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    BREAD MIX:
    -In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, oregano, thyme and dill weed.
    -(Pack into air tight container or bag. Mix keeps one month.)

    TO MAKE BREAD:
    -Place mix in large bowl, with wooden spoon, stir in beer just until flour is mixed in.
    -Pour into greased 8 x 4 inch loaf pan.
    -Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until crusty and golden brown.
    -Let stand in pan for 5 minutes; turn out onto rack.
    -Brush top with butter.
    -Makes 1 loaf.
