- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter ( not margarine)
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup parsley
- 1/4-1/2 cup chopped gren onions
Instructions
- In a large sauce pan, bring water, butter, mustard, salt and pepper to a boil.
- Add flour all at once and stir until a smooth ball forms.
- Remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes.
- Add eggs; one at a time, beating well after each one.
- Continue beating until smooth and shiny.
- Add parsley and onions; mix well
- Drop by spoonfuls 2" apart on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake @ 400 for 18-20 minutes.
- Cut a slit in each one to allow steam to escape; bake 5 minutes longer.
- Makes 18 rolls
