Poppy Seed Blueberry Bread

List of Ingredients
- 1 (18.2 oz) pkg blueberry muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 Tbls. oil
- 1-2 Tbls. Poppy Seeds
- 2-3 Tbls. grated lemon peel
- GLAZE:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 Tbls. lemon juice
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the blueberries and set aside.
- In a bowl combine the muffn mix, egg, water, oil poppy seeds and lemon peel until just blended
- Pour into two greased 5x3x2 loaf pans.
- Bake @ 350 for 40-45 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
- Combine glaxe ingredients and drizzle over warm loaves.
