    Stuffing Balls

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 cup chopped onions
    • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
    • 2 Tbls. margarine
    • 1 tsp. celery slt
    • 1 egg beaten
    • 3 cups herb-seasoned croutons
    • 1/4-1/2 cup chicken broth
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. In a sauce pan melt margarine and saute the onion, pepper and celery salt until veggies are tender.

    2. Allow to cool.

    3. In a mixing bowl,combine the egg, broth, croutons, salt and pepper.

    4. Stir in the veggie mixture.

    5. Form into 12 balls and place on a greased 9x13 baking dish.

    6. Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes.
