    Eggs: Breakfast Crescent Squares

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb sausage cooked and drained
    • 1 pkg crescent rolls
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 Tbls milk
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • green onion chopped fine
    • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar or velveeta cheese


    Instructions


    1. Press crescent rolls into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Push dough up sides slightly. Seal all seams.

    2. Sprinkle sausage on bottom.

    3. In a bowl mix the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and onion.

    4. Pour over the sausage.

    5. Sprinkle with the cheese.

    6. Bake uncovered @ 400 for 15 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
