    List of Ingredients


    • 6 RHODES Texas Rolls, thawed, but still cold
    • Cherry (or your favorite) Pie Filling or jam
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 Tbls. melted margarine
    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 2-3 Tbls. milk
    • 1/2 tsp. lemon extract


    Instructions


    1. Flatten each roll into a 3" circle.

    2. Place circles on a large baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

    3. Cover with greased plastic wrap. Let rise until doubled in size.

    4. Uncover. With Fingertips, press indentation in the center of each roll.

    5. Spoon 1 Tbls. filling into the indentation.

    6. Bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes. ( Near the end of the baking cycle, add more pie filling if necessary )

    7. Remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack.

    8. In a medium bowl, combine the powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, milk and lemon extract. Mix well

    9. Brush each roll with icing while still warm.

    10. When completely cool drizzle with remaining frosting.

    11. Serves: 6 rolls
