    1 lb. bulk pork or turkey sausage
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 cups light cream or half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Durkee ground mustard
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions

    Recipe



    Crumble sausage into large skillet.
    Cook over med-high heat until browned.
    Drain.
    Stir in eggs, cream, salt, mustard, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 can of French fried onions and mix well.
    Pour into a greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
    Refrigerate, covered 8 hours or over night.
    Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Top with remaining cheese and French fried onions.
    Bake uncovered 5 minutes more.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
