    List of Ingredients




    30 caramels, unwrapped and flattened to 1/4" thickness
    2 cups milk chocolate chips
    3/4 cup crunchy rice cereal

    Recipe



    Lay the caramels onto waxed paper after flattening, and have wire racks lined up with waxed paper underneath so chocolate can drip before moving back onto clean waxed paper to set up.

    Melt chocolate in microwave, stirring until smooth, every 15-30 seconds.

    When melted, stir in cereal and starting dipping the caramels to coat completely.

    Place on wire racks and move to the clean sheets by lifting with a small spatula.

    Let chocolate get firmed, 1-2 hours.

    If you have more chocolate mixture left, drop by spoon onto waxed paper.
