    Rich and Creamy Overnight Chicken Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    Casserole:
    2 c cooked & shredded chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    2 c uncooked macaroni
    1 can evaporated milk plus regular milk to equal 2 cups total

    Topping:
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter, melted

    Recipe

    Combine all casserole ingredients in a large bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate 8 or more hours (can be prepped in the morning, or prepped overnight and set in fridge).
    Transfer to a lightly greased 9x13 pan.
    Bake at 350�for 30 minutes.
    Stir well.
    Sprinkle crushed crackers over dish; pour melted butter over crackers.
    Bake another 30 minutes.

    NOTE:
    If you don't have so many hours to let it sit, just use cooked noodles and you can stick the dish in the oven right away
