Spicy Chicken Spaghetti

List of Ingredients
- 12 oz pkg spaghetti cooked,rinsed and drained
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 8 oz pkg. shredded velveeta
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with chilies undrained ( I use the milder version)
- 1 small can mushroom pieces ( drained)
- 1/3 cup milk
Instructions
- Cook pasta rinse, drain and set aside
- In a skillet sprayed with Pam cook and stir chicken for 4-5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl blend velveeta, soup, Rotel, mushrooms and milk. Blend in chicken and pasta.
- Spoon into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake @ 350 for 35 - 40 minutes
