    Spicy Chicken Spaghetti

    List of Ingredients


    • 12 oz pkg spaghetti cooked,rinsed and drained
    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
    • 1 8 oz pkg. shredded velveeta
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with chilies undrained ( I use the milder version)
    • 1 small can mushroom pieces ( drained)
    • 1/3 cup milk


    Instructions


    1. Cook pasta rinse, drain and set aside

    2. In a skillet sprayed with Pam cook and stir chicken for 4-5 minutes.

    3. In a mixing bowl blend velveeta, soup, Rotel, mushrooms and milk. Blend in chicken and pasta.

    4. Spoon into a greased 9 x 13 pan.

    5. Bake @ 350 for 35 - 40 minutes
