    Chick-Fil-A Chicken Sandwich

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups peanut oil
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 cup flour
    • 2 1/2 Tbls. powdered sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. pepper
    • 2 Tbls. salt
    • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, halved
    • 4 buns
    • 2 Tbls. melted butter
    • 8 dill pickle slices


    Instructions


    1. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat to 400 degrees.

    2. In a small bowl, beat the egg and stir in the milk.

    3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, pepper and salt.

    4. Dip each piece of chicken in the milk until it is fully moist.

    5. Roll the moist chicken in the flour mixture until completely coated.

    6. Drop all four chicken pieces into the hot oil and close the pressure cooker.

    7. When steam starts shooing through the pressure release, set a timer for 3 1/2 minutes.

    8. While chicken is cooking, spead melted margarine on bins.

    9. Place two pickles on the bottom of each bun.

    10. When chicken is done, remove and drain and blot on paper towel.



    Final Comments


    To make a "deluxe" simply add two tomato slices and a leaf of lettuce. Mayonainse goes well with this sandwich
