    Sausage: Cajun Cabbage

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 small head of cabbage shredded
    • 1 lb. country sausage
    • 1 small onion chopped
    • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    • 2 cans Rotel tomatoes and chilies
    • 1 tsp. sugar
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Place the cabbage in a crockpot on low.

    2. Meanwhile cook sausage and onion and garlic. Drain

    3. Add meat mixture to cabbage

    4. Add together the tomatoes and seasonings.

    5. Pour over cabbage and meat.

    6. Cook 8 hour on low.

    7. One hour before eating add the shredded cheese.
