    Poultry: Stuffed Chicken Roll-Up

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    • 6 slices shaved ham
    • 6 slices Swiss Cheese
    • 1/4 cup fllour
    • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 tsp. sage
    • 1/4 tsp. paprika
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1/2 cup chicken broth


    Instructions


    1. Flatten chicken to 1/8" thick.

    2. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each piece

    3. Roll up and tuck in ends and secure with tooth picks.

    4. Combine the flour, paremesan, sage, paprika, salt and pepper.

    5. Coat chicken with flour mixture amd refrigerate 1 hr.

    6. In a large skillet, brown the chicken in oil.

    7. Transfer to a crock pot.( I use my oval crockpot for this recipe)

    8. Mix together in a small bowl the soup and broth, pour over the cheicken.

    9. Cook on low for 5 hours.

    10. Serve over rice. Remove toothpicks before serving.
