List of Ingredients
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbls. brown sugar
- 2 Tbls red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbls. dijon mustard
- 1 Tbls worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 2 lb. chuck roast ( boneless if possible)
- Kaiser or Sub Rolls
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients except the roast.
- Place the roast in in a slow cooker
- Pour sauce ingredients over roast.
- Cover and cook on low 8 - 10 hours
- Remove roast; shred meat and return to crock pot.
- Cook about 1 hour more
- Serve on Kaiser or Sub buns
