    List of Ingredients


    • 3-4 lb roast ( I use a chuck roast )
    • 1 can beef broth
    • 1 pkg good seasons Italian dressing mix
    • 1 pkg dry au jus mix
    • 1 beef broth can of water


    Instructions


    1. Place roast in crock pot.

    2. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the roast.

    3. Cook on low all day ( 8 hours )

    4. Remove meat from crock pot and shred.

    5. Return to juices in pot.

    6. Serve on french rolls with juice for dipping.



    Final Comments


    This is good and so easy cuz you put it in the crock pot and forget it.
