    Marinated Beef Sandwiches

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 4lb. roast; rump or chuch
    • 1 1/2 cups water
    • 3/4 cup soy sauce
    • 2 Tbls. lemon juice
    • 3 onions sliced
    • 3 cloves of garlic minced
    • 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    • 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar


    Instructions


    1. In a gallon sized resealable plastic bag, place the roast

    2. In a small bowl combine the next 7 ingredients and pour into the bag.

    3. Refrigerate overnight.

    4. Transfer the roast and marinade to a crock pot and cook on low all day (8-9) hours until tender.

    5. Remove meat and slice thin or shred.

    6. Serve beef on rolls with juice.

    7. Serves 12
