    1 small head cauliflower
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup biscuit baking mix

    Recipe



    Wash and break cauliflower into small florets.
    Sprinkle on the salt.

    In a separate bowl, combine milk, egg and baking mix and stir well.
    Dip florets into batter and deep fry until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently.
    Drain on paper towels.
