    List of Ingredients




    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup butter
    2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
    2 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
    2 cups milk
    1 can (15 1/4 oz) Del Monte Crushed Pineapple In Its Own Juice, drained
    1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts (optional)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350*F. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan; set aside.

    In large mixing bowl stir together flour and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press mixture into bottom of prepared pan.

    Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.

    For filling, in large mixing bowl beat cream cheese with electric mixer unti smooth. Add pudding mix and half of the milk. Beat until smooth. Beat in remaining milk until smooth. Stir in pineapple. Spread mixture over cooled crust. chilll, covered, for 2 to 24 hours or until set. If desired, sprinkle with nuts.
