    Caramel Cashew Brownines

    List of Ingredients


    • 18 caramels
    • 1/3 cup maragrine
    • 2 Tbls. milk
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/2 tsp. bakning powder
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1 cup chopped salted cashews


    Instructions


    1. In a sauce pan cook and stir caramels, butter and milk over low heat until melted and smooth.

    2. Remove from heat; stir in sugar.

    3. Combine the eggs and vanilla and stir into the caramel mixture.

    4. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; stirinto the caramel mixture.

    5. Fold in the cashews.

    6. Transfer to a greased 9x9 pan.

    7. Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes.
