    Coconut Cream Cake

    List of Ingredients

    -1 pkg white cake mix (2 layer) & ingredients to make cake

    -1 large can coconut cream

    -1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

    -8 oz Cool Whip

    -1 small bag coconut


    Recipe

    -Preheat oven to 350

    -Prepare cake according to directions on the package and pour into 9x13 greased pan.

    -Bake 25-30 minutes or until done

    -As soon as it comes out of the oven, poke holes into cake using handle of wooden spoon (or similar).

    -Pour cream of coconut over the cake filling the holes

    -Sprinkle 1/2 pkg of coconut over top.

    -Cool cake slightly, cover and refrigerate until cold.

    -Mix Eagle Brand and Cool Whip together

    -Spread over cake

    -Sprinkle remaning coconut over top.






    *Final Comments

    -Store any leftovers in the fridge
