All To Myself Cheesecake

List of Ingredients



• 12 Oreos, seperated
  
• 2 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese softened
  
• 1/2 cup sugar
  
• 1 tsp. vanilla
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  
• 2 tsp. shortening
  






Instructions



1. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
   
   
2. Place an oreo with the frosting side up in the bottom of a lined muffin cup.
   
   
3. Top with mixed ingredients.
   
   
4. Top that with crushed oreo tops.
   
   
5. Bake @ 325 for 25 minutes.
   
   
6. Remove from oven and cool.
   
   
7. Melt shortening and chips until smooth.
   
   
8. Drizzle over the cooled cheesecakes.
