    Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars

    List of Ingredients

    -1 12-ounce package butterscotch morsels
    -1/3 cup margarine
    -2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    -1 cup chopped nuts
    -1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
    -1 can sweetened condensed milk
    -1 teaspoon vanilla
    -1 egg


    Recipe

    -Preheat over to 350 degrees.
    -In a medium saucepan, melt morsels and margarine.
    -Stir in crumbs and nuts.
    -Press half of the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-by-13-inch pan.
    -In a large bowl beat cheese until fluffy.
    -Beat in condensed milk, vanilla and egg.
    -Mix well.
    -Pour into prepared pan and top with remaining crumb mixture.
    -Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
    -Chill before cutting into bars.
