Sugar Cookies-Roll Out

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, cream the maragrine, and sugar.
- Beat in extracts and egg.
- In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
- Gradually add to the creamed mixture, and blend through.
- Chill for at least 1 hour.
- On a surface sprinkled with powdered sugar, roll out 1 quarter of the doug to 1/8" thickness.
- Cut out.*
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake@ 350 for 7-8 minutes.
- Cool, frost and decorate.
- * you can sprinkle with colored sugar before baking if desired.
