Chilled Fresh Blueberry Pie

List of Ingredients
¾ C. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 T. lemon juice
4 C. fresh blueberries
1 T. butter
¼ C. waterRecipe
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Add water and 2 C. of blueberries.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and clear.
Remove from heat and stir in butter and lemon juice. Cool.
Place remaining 2 C. raw berries in 9-inch baked pie shell.
Top with cooked berry mix.
Serve with whipped cream.
