    Rhubarb Custard Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 eggs
    • 3 Tbls milk
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 4 Tbls flour
    • 3/4 tsp nutmeg
    • 4 cups cut up rhubarb
    • 1 unbaked pie shell
    • 1 Tbls margarine


    Instructions


    1. Beat the 3 eggs and add the milk.

    2. Stir into milk mixture the sugar, flour and nutmeg.

    3. Mix throughly and add rhubarb

    4. Pour into an unbaked pie shell

    5. Dot the top with margarine

    6. Bake @ 400 for 50 - 60 minutes

    7. Chill
