Rhubarb Swirl Pie

List of Ingredients
3 C. rhubarb (may use frozen)
3/4 C. sugar
1 , 3-oz. pkg., sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
1 , 3.4-oz pkg instant, sugar-free vanilla pudding
5 1/2 C. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 , 8-oz. carton fat-free Cool Whip
2 graham cracker pie sRecipe
Mix rhubarb and sugar.
Let stand one hour.
After one hour, simmer until done.
Stir in Jell-O.
Cool.
Prepare pudding using milk and vanilla.
Mix rhubarb, pudding and Cool Whip.
Put mixture into 2 pie shells.
Refrigerate.
