    Celebration Beef & Shrimp Stir-Fry

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 lb.boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
    • 1 Tbls plus 1/3 cup Kikkoman Stir -Fry Sauce divided
    • 3 Tbls. oil divided
    • 1/4 lb. uncooked medium shrimp; peeled and deveined
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 1 carrot, cut into thin slices
    • 1 large bunch of broccoli, cut into florets
    • 2 Tbls. water
    • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    • Hot cooked rice


    Instructions


    1. Coat the beef with 1 Tbls. stir-fry sauce. Let stand for 15 minutes.

    2. Heat 1 Tbls. oil in a hot wok over high heat.

    3. Add the beef and shrimp and stir-fry 1 minute.

    4. Remove beef and shrimp from the pan.

    5. Heat remaining oilin same pan. Add garlic and stir fry for 10 seconds

    6. Add onion and carrot; stir-fry 1 more minute

    7. Add broccoli and stir-fry another minute.

    8. Sprinkle the water over the vegetables; cover and cook 3 minutes stirring frequently.

    9. Ad the beef, shrimp, and remaining stir-fry sauce and red pepper flakes.

    10. Cook, stirring constantly, until all pieces are coated with sauce.

    11. Serve over hot rice
