    Herbed Chicken Fettuccine

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tsp seasoning salt
    • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
    • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut in 1" strips
    • 2 Tbls. oil
    • 4 Tbls. margarine divided
    • 2/3 cup water
    • 2 Tbls. teriyaki sauce
    • 2 Tbls. onion soup mix
    • 1 envelope Liptons savory herb and garlic soup mix divided
    • 8 oz. cooked fettuccine
    • 2 Tbls. parmesan cheese
    • 1 Tbls worcesterchire


    Instructions


    1. Combine the seasoning salt and poultry seasoning; sprinkle over the chicken.

    2. In a skillet ( I use my electric fry pan ) saute the chicken in oil and 2 Tbls. margarine for 5 minutes.

    3. Add the water, teriyaki sauce, onion soup mix and 2 Tbls. of the herb and garlic mix. Bring to a boil.

    4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

    5. Meanwhile cook the fettuccine; drain and add to the chicken mixture.

    6. Add the cheese, worcestershire, remaining butter, and remaining herb garlic mix.

    7. Toss to coat.



    Final Comments


    This is sooooooooo good. reminds me of something I once ate at a restaurant.
