    List of Ingredients




    5 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
    3# block Velveeta cheese cut in small blocks
    2 Large Vadalia Onions Chopped fine
    1 pound bacon fried and crumbled.
    1 Qt. Hellman's Mayo

    Recipe



    Bake 5 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes in foil, wrapped individually, 400 for about 45 min.
    Leave in foil and let cool completely.
    Cut in Squares.

    Mix all ingredients together and let set in fridge overnight.
    Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly and cheese is all melted.
