    Cheddar Potato and Gravy Bake

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 medium potatoes, halved and thinly sliced
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 1 (10.5 oz) can Chicken or Turkey Gravy
    • Paprika
    • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. layer 1/2 of the potatoes in a 2 qt. shallow baking dish sprayed with Pam.
    2. Top with all of the onion and the remaining potatoes.
    3. Pour gravy over all.
    4. Sprinkle with the paprika.
    5. Cover and bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
    6. Uncover and sprinkle with the cheese.
    7. Bake an additional 15 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
    8. * Serves 6
