EZ Scalloped Potaoes and Ham

List of Ingredients
- 4 - 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced very thin
- 1 large onion sliced very thin
- 1 8 oz pkg shredded velveeta
- 1 8oz pkg shredded sharp cheddar
- 1/2 cup milk ( add more if needed)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 -3 cups cubed cooked ham
Instructions
- Place 1/2 of sliced potatoes on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan
- Layer 1/2 of the ham on top of the potatoes.
- Layer 1/2 of the onions on top of the ham.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Layer 1/2 of each of the cheeses on top of the onions
- Repeat Layers
- Pour 1/2 cup milk on top
- Cover LOOSELY with foil
- Bake @ 325 for 2 hours
