    EZ Scalloped Potaoes and Ham

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 - 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced very thin
    • 1 large onion sliced very thin
    • 1 8 oz pkg shredded velveeta
    • 1 8oz pkg shredded sharp cheddar
    • 1/2 cup milk ( add more if needed)
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 -3 cups cubed cooked ham


    Instructions


    1. Place 1/2 of sliced potatoes on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan

    2. Layer 1/2 of the ham on top of the potatoes.

    3. Layer 1/2 of the onions on top of the ham.

    4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper

    5. Layer 1/2 of each of the cheeses on top of the onions

    6. Repeat Layers

    7. Pour 1/2 cup milk on top

    8. Cover LOOSELY with foil

    9. Bake @ 325 for 2 hours
