-5 russet (Idaho) potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks
    -14 oz. can chicken broth
    -5 cloves garlic, crushed
    -1 T. butter
    -3 egg yolks
    -1/2 t. seasoned salt
    -3 T. parmesan cheese
    -additional parmesan and flavored breadcrumbs

    Recipe

-Place the prepared potatoes in a sauce pot, cover with the chicken broth, bring to a boil, cover and cook.
-Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saute pan, add the garlic and cook until the garlic foams and there's a rich garlic aroma in the kitchen.
    -Set aside.
-In a mixing bowl, combine the egg yolks, seasoned salt and the parmesan.
    -Whip it all together.
-When the spuds are soft, drain and reserve the cooking liquid.
-Add the garlic to the potatoes and mash them.
-Add and whip in the egg mixture.
-Spoon the potato mixture into an 8 inch square baking dish that's been oil down.
-Pour the remaining cooking liquid on the top and sprinkle with additional parmesan and some flavored breadcrumbs.
-Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
    -Serve hot.
