Hash Brown Casserole from LC

List of Ingredients
1 can condensed cream of potato soup
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream -- (8 oz)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 Tsp. Mrs. Dash
1 pkg frozen hash brown potatoes -- (2 lbs)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese -- (8 oz)
1 green pepper chopped (optional)
3 green onions (tops included_optional)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheeseRecipe
In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and garlic salt.
Add potatoes, ham and cheddar cheese; mix well.
Sauté onions and green peppers…mix together with the soup and potato mixture
Pour into greased 13-in. X 9-in. X 2-in. baking dish
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Yield: 12-16 servings
