    List of Ingredients




    -8 cups cubed raw potatoes
    -1/4 cup butter or oleo
    -1 pkg. onion soup mix
    -1 cup water

    Recipe



    -Lightly brown potatoes in butter.
    -Add onion soup mix and water.
    -Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
    -Uncover and cook a few minutes till liquid is absorbed. -
    -Stir occasionally.
