Kate's Cheesy Easy Buttery Potatoes

List of Ingredients
- 4-5 potatoes
- 1/2 cup margarine
- chopped green onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded velveeta cheese
- 1 Tbls. chopped parsley
Instructions
- Wash potatoes and slice VERY thin.
- Place in a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the green onions on top of the potatoes.
- In a sauce pan, melt the margarine, thyme, salt and pepper together.
- Drizzle over the potatoes.
- Cover and bake @ 425 for 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle on the cheese and parsley.
- Bake UNCOVERED 10-15 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
