Kate's Onion & Chive Mashed Potatoes

List of Ingredients
5 lbs. potatoes
2 (8oz) each Onion & Chive Cream Cheese
1/2-1 cup sour cream
Garlic Salt to taste
Seasoned Pepper Blend to taste
Salt to taste
3-4 Tbls melted butter
Recipe
Peel and boil potatoes til cooked.
Drain & return to pan for a minute over heat to cook off any liquid.
Place into mixer.
Beat till all lumps are gone.
Add in the remaining ingredients except for the butter.
Beat til fluffy and well blended
Spread into a 9x13 pan and drizzle butter over top.
Allow to cool on counter for 30 minutes.
Cover and refrigerate till next day.
Remove from frig & place in crockpot on low for 3-4 hours,stirring occasionally.
