    Kate's Scalloped Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 5-6 Russet potatoes, scrubbed abd sliced thin
    • 1-2 Onions sliced thin
    • 1 8 oz pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1 8 oz pkg shredded velveeta cheese
    • 1/2-3/4 cup milk
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. -Spray a 9 x 13 pan and put in 1/2 of the sliced potatoes

    2. -Layer 1/2 of the sliced onions.

    3. -Sprinkle with 1/2 of both cheeses.
      -Salt and pepper to taste

    4. -Repeat layers

    5. -Pour milk over top of all

    6. -Set oven to 300 and preheat.

    7. -Bake, loosely covered with foil for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs.

    8. -If you like the cheese to brown slighly, remove foil for last 15 minutes



    Final Comments


    Adding cubed ham pieces makes this a main dish meal !!!!!!!!!
